HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

• PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ONLY OPEN YOUR PRODUCT IF YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP IT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN FOR ANY PRODUCT THAT IS OPENED.
• Customers may request to return their order within 30 days of receipt for ANY UNOPENED PACKAGES.  
• Please email our team at support@abacusbrands.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
• Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returns.
• Please note that we do not accept refunds on open or used items, so do not open an item unless you are sure to keep it.
• Customers will be provided with return shipping information when returning new items within the 30 day window. 
• Please ensure the RMA label is included in your return shipment.
• Please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return.
