- We are not responsible for orders shipped to a different address than intended.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ONLY OPEN YOUR PRODUCT IF YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP IT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN FOR ANY PRODUCT THAT IS OPENED.
- Customers may request to return their order within 30 days of receipt for ANY UNOPENED PACKAGES.
- Please email our team at support@abacusbrands.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
- Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returns.
- Please note that we do not accept refunds on open or used items, so do not open an item unless you are sure to keep it.
- Customers will be provided with return shipping information when returning new items within the 30 day window.
- Please ensure the RMA label is included in your return shipment.
- Please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return.
